I would like to thank you all for your excellent service. It was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Even though American Airlines cancelled my flight home, which I didn’t know until I got to the airport as I had no electronics, your company followed through and as soon as I landed in Charlotte (which is the only place they could go to so I would connect with JFK) I called and gave you my new info. Your driver is excellent and very helpful as I was so exhausted by the time I finally landed in JFK. I look forward to a long relationship with you.
